Celebrating dedication and boosting morale through meaningful appreciation.
As part of efforts to recognize excellence and boost staff morale, the Country Director of Floresta Tanzania, Richard Mhina acknowledged staff members whose work had created visible and meaningful impact within the organization. The recognition took place on the final day of the quarterly staff review meeting, held from 30th June to 4th July 2025. The meeting also marked the close of Program Year 2025 and the beginning of Program Year 2026.
During the event, selected staff were presented with certificates of appreciation and a financial token as a way of acknowledging their dedication, consistency and positive influence. Their contributions had supported project success, strengthened teamwork and encouraged a results driven culture.
The Country Director shared that the recognition was intended to show how much the Floresta valued the efforts of its staff and the difference they continued to make each day. He acknowledged each team member for their support and encouraged the promotion of a positive and collaborative work environment.
The initiative reflected Floresta Tanzania’s ongoing commitment to building a positive work environment where dedication is acknowledged and meaningful impact is celebrated.
